Shipping : We will ship tickets for those who has paid for shipping and Handling. We will take out the Shipping option out 7 days before the concert date. Those, who have not paid for shipping, can come up with their google receipt(s) and valid ID(s) to collect their tickets at the Box Office before the Show. Thanks and Wish you all a great time ahead.

1. ALL TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE. The person whose name the ticket is issued, must also be present at the door along with a valid photo identification. Please note that you will have to take a print out of the order receipt and show it at the venue. Any failure to do this, may result in the denial of your admission with no refund, and DesiRoots will not be responsible for it.
2. DesiRoots has the right to change or modify the terms and conditions applicable to Subscriber's use of desiroots.net, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use at any time.
