SHOP POLICY

Order Information:

 

Orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled after checkout. We will do our best but it might take us 2-5 business days to ship your orders after the order is placed. If you have a special request, please contact us so that we could serve you accordingly.

 

Handmade Item Disclaimer:

Due to the handmade nature of our products no two items will be identical, small and minor imperfections are expected.

 

Copper and Brass Item Disclaimer:

Items like Brass and Copper will have signs of age and wear. Minor dents and scratches are normal. Most items will have a patina finish. Read the item description carefully before placing an order.

 

Defects or Problems with your order?

Orders are packed safely before shipping. In case of damage during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Cost of shipping cannot be reimbursed for damage. For missing packages that are not delivered please contact the carrier and your local post office first. We are not responsible for lost packages, but we will do our best in assisting you in locating it.

 

If we are not notified within 48 hours of receiving the item then your order will not qualify for a return or exchange.

 

When making a return or exchange, you must include the photo/video of the damaged item in your email. The customer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

 

After a return label is created, please return your item within 7 business days, else the item cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

LOCAL PICKUP - 3800 Pebble Creek Ct Apt 918 Plano TX

 

Orders can be picked up Monday to Sunday, 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS. USPS standard delivery is 2 - 5 days. Shipping fee is subject to US zip codes.  We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

 

 

 

 

 

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES

 

ONLINE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Seasonal decor items like garlands, Diya’s, etc., are not returnable unless they are damaged. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for product or store credit. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.
